Description Instructions Ingredients   Directions for Use: Begin in sitting position with the SacredBreath ritual by applying 2 to 3 drops of SacredBreath oil into your hand, rubbing palms together, cup mouth and nose, close your eyes, and inhale deeply three times while you think healing thoughts. Apply 3 to 5 drops of Anointment oil and massage the feet and soak in Kashmir Lavender flower water. While feet are soaking, apply a few drops of Delicate Face Oil, then Meditation Lotion to face and neck. A few drops of Elegant Hair Oil is then massaged into the scalp. Take feet out of foot bath, pat dry and massage using Spearmint Foot Lotion to treat the feet! When finished, lay down with knees supported over a pillow or cushion, close eyes and drift into a serene sacred place.
